1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all major cities and towns across India.

  • For remote locations, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–8 business days for most locations.

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, within 3–5 business days.

  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 applies per order.

  • COD orders will be confirmed via phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to accept COD parcels may lead to blocking of COD option for future orders.

7. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or natural calamities.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for assistance.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please take photos and contact us immediately at glammupstore@gmail.com before opening the package.
