Refund policy

At Glamm Up, we take pride in offering high-quality makeup and ethnicwear. We carefully check every item before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As a small business, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our ability to continue serving our customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • For hygiene reasons, makeup and beauty products are non-returnable once opened or used.

  • Ethnicwear can only be returned if it is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Size exchanges for ethnicwear are subject to availability.

2. Time Frame

  • Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or phone with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Process

  1. Contact us at glammupstore@gmail.com with your order ID and proof of issue.

  2. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  3. Once approved, you must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier.

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will issue:

    • Replacement for the same item OR

    • Store credit (valid for 6 months) if the replacement is unavailable.

4. Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds for any orders except if the product is out of stock and no replacement option is available.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened makeup products.

  • Customized, altered, or clearance sale items.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
